Comments & Complaints
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
The practice manager (based in Houston surgery) or the office manager at Bridge of Weir surgery are available to answer any questions regarding the running of both surgeries and to help with any matters of complaint. Our system meets nationally agreed criteria for NHS complaints and we are interested in your comments. A copy of our complaints procedure is available in the reception area. Alternatively, suggestions boxes are available at both surgeries for you to post any comments or feedback you may have.
